Lynne Clark has been selling real estate in Central Westchester for 30 years, including 15 years as vice president and partner at Julia B. Fee, Inc. In 2007, Lynne joined Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate in Scarsdale as an Associate Broker. She has earned the Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI). She has been a consistent top performer throughout her career winning top awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors.

Lynne grew up in Scarsdale and graduated from Scarsdale High School as did her three daughters. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College with honors in Economics and has been president of her class. In addition to her passion for real estate, she has been an active community volunteer. Currently she serves on the Scarsdale Conservation Advisory Council and on the Board of the Greenacres Association. She is an Elder and on the Endowment Committee at Hitchcock Presbyterian Church and is cochair of the Scarsdale Senior Housing Committee, focusing on helping people stay in their homes as long as possible as they age, by providing needed services.

She is the founder and vice president (director) of the Greenacres Oil Purchasing Consortium (GOPC) which has one thousand members and purchases oil and service as a group. Formerly she was president of the Junior League of Central Westchester and president of the Greenacres Association, to name a few of her many prior commitments. She received the annual Open Door Award by the Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service for distinctive service to the community.

Lynne works full time and gives the same dedicated, knowledgeable, caring and cheerful service to all her clients and customers at every price level. Lynne is well informed about zoning and building codes, environmental issues and how to prepare homes for their maximum advantage in the market place. She is a good listener, enjoys market statistics and loves her Blackberry. Lynne?s husband, Merrell, works side by side with her.
